Aeration/Overseeding
Aeration
Aeration is the process of creating small holes in your lawn's soil to relieve compaction. This allows air, water, and nutrients to penetrate the root zone, promoting healthier and stronger root growth. The result is a thicker, more resilient lawn that is better able to withstand drought and disease.

Overseeding
Overseeding is the process of spreading new grass seed over an existing lawn. It's done to improve the density of the turf and fill in thin or bare patches. The new grass plants compete with weeds, making your lawn more resilient. This practice also introduces new, healthier grass varieties. The best time to overseed is typically in the fall, giving the new seedlings time to establish before winter.
